💜 Do you give discounts to pioneers or special full time servants?

No sorry, but we do send out coupon codes through email from time to time so make sure to subscribe to our emailing list!

💜 When will my item get here? 

Most items take about 3-4 days to be shipped but if it’s customized, it may take longer. And if it’s a pre-order, it will say when it will be shipped in the description

💜 Do you accept credit cards? What form of payments do you accept?

Yes! We accept debit/credit, PayPal, and more! Just make sure to check out to the see the payment options available

💜 I saw an item on your Instagram but I don’t see it on your website, how can I order it?

Depending on the product, it may be discontinued, out of stock, or just not on the website just yet!

 

If you have checked all over the website and still have not found it, make sure to Contact Us! 

💜 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Remember that International shipping may be costly and we are not responsible for any custom fees that may apply. 

💜 My item hasn’t gotten here yet but tracking says delivered?

If you have checked your mailbox/front door and have asked others in your household if they got it but it’s still not there, please make sure to contact us and we’ll get in contact with the shipping department

💜 I put in the wrong address! How can I change it to the correct address?

If you have made a mistake with the shipping address please contact us via the CONTACT US page or email and we’ll correct it for you right away! If we have already sent out the package though, you may have to purchase the item/s again.

 

If the package comes back to us due to an insufficient address, you’re responsible for the extra shipping price or we can refund you a partial refund (without shipping price) if you are no longer interested in getting the item/s.

Please make sure you put the correct address in the shipping section. If you put the wrong address and we ship it out but it returns to us, you will be responsible to pay for shipping again.

💜 Are these items available in any other language? Like French, Portuguese, etc?

No sorry, most items are available in English and some in Spanish but no other language. If we get enough need for other languages then maybe we can consider it!

We are based in Houston, Texas USA.
